Fit of upper and lower bleaching trays. Pt able to take in and out.

Add a teardrop of gel into tray for each tooth to be whitened. To seat and wipe off excess on gum with finger.
To wear for 6-10 hours a day.
To brush teeth like normal, brush teeth after use.
Brush and rinse trays with cold water, do not use bleach and hot water.
To use for 2-3 weeks for best result. Advised to avoid staining foods during treatment.
Advised if sensitive teeth, to pause treatment and to place de-sensitising toothpaste in trays and seat.
Advised to store gels in cool dark area
